My food-cart tent needs to withstand rain and heat. Is canvas still the right material?

600D canvas is the standard for food-cart tents used daily, thick, mould-resistant, and UV-stable for a good while. For highly exposed locations (town squares, beaches, areas with extreme UV), we recommend 420D Oxford, which is lighter and has an active PU water-repellent coating. Tell us your use case in the brief and we will recommend the right material.

Can you print full-colour logos and product photos on the canopy?

Yes. Full-colour sublimation on canvas or Oxford produces photo-realistic images across the entire canopy surface. This suits event booths that need high visibility from a distance. For SME food vendors who want a menu or product photos on the canopy, this is our standard technique.

My tent frame is broken. Can I order just the canopy?

Yes. We accept canopy-only orders to replace old or damaged canopies, custom-sized to fit your existing frame. Send a photo of the frame plus measured dimensions and we will make a canopy that fits.

As an event organiser with 20 identical booths, can we get wholesale pricing?

Volume orders of 20+ tents qualify for a volume discount, and we put together a case-by-case estimate based on size and design complexity. For larger EOs with repeat orders every event cycle, we also offer contract pricing that is easier on cash flow.

Is there an extra charge for a site survey at a large venue (town square, event field)?

For venues in the Bogor-Jakarta area, site surveys are free for orders of 10+ tents. For venues outside that area we ask only for travel cost reimbursement. A site survey helps validate the booth footprint, wind direction, and lighting conditions for logo visibility.
