Sablon Tenda is not just a tent-with-a-logo supplier. Our first question to every client always goes further than that: "How far away does your logo need to be readable?" We grew out of the Angga Print workshop in Cibinong, Bogor, which has been running since 2003. When tent orders reached a significant volume, we split it off into a dedicated specialist line with its own sewing team, printing machines, and frame assembly line. Tents are not a side product here; they are the main product, designed from the ground up with long-distance signage in mind.

Workshop & tent production line

Our workshop is in Cibinong, Bogor, roughly 30 minutes from central Bogor and accessible from Jakarta via the Jagorawi toll road. Inside the workshop, the tent line is separated from the apparel sewing line: canvas canopy sewing machines have different specs from machines used for lightweight fabric, and we keep both. The frame assembly line handles cutting, welding, and powder-coat finishing for folding tent steel frames. Production capacity runs at around 50-80 folding tents per week for regular orders, and we can scale up for large scheduled event orders. The printing line uses a wide-format sublimation printer for full-colour canopies and manual screen printing for flat spot-colour logos.

Visibility design

This is what separates the way we work from a generic tent supplier. We don't just print what the client sends. We actively question the logo size relative to the canopy and the expected viewing distance at the venue. The rule of thumb we use in the field: the ideal logo width for outdoor use is roughly the target viewing distance divided by 10. A tent in a town square where the furthest visitor is 30 metres away needs a logo at least 3 metres wide across the canopy, not a 50 cm logo in the centre that's only readable from 5 metres. For large venues such as town squares, open fields, or outdoor exhibition areas, we offer a site survey in the Bogor-Jakarta area for orders of 10+ tents. The survey validates the booth footprint, sun angle (logo contrast), and wind conditions that affect frame stability. Clients who do a site survey consistently achieve 40-60% more effective logo visibility than those who submit a design without any location context.

Sablon Tenda's core clients come from three segments. Event organizers, both corporate (trade fairs, product expos, sports sponsorships), community (UMKM bazaars, local festivals, campus events), and outdoor weddings with vendor booths. SME food vendors, such as food carts, outdoor food courts, and street-food operators who need a visually branded tent to stand out in the crowd at a market or food festival. And brand activation teams, marketing teams deploying booths across multiple city locations in a single event or campaign, who need identical, lightweight, fast-setup tents that hold up through repeated use. Clients from outside Bogor, including Jakarta, Bandung, Bekasi, and other Javanese cities, are fully served via shipping, with sizing and design coordination handled entirely online.
