On a construction site, rain doesn't stop work that's already on a tight schedule. Pouring concrete, loading and unloading materials, and coordinating heavy equipment all keep going, and it's exactly during heavy rain that visibility drops and accident risk climbs. A raincoat for project workers therefore falls under safety equipment, not just protection from getting wet. Contractors and site managers responsible for K3 need raincoats designed for the harsh field conditions. We've handled custom raincoat printing for projects since 2003, and this page is about that.
Heavy Duty on K3 Logic
A worker who can't be seen around heavy equipment is a serious risk, and that risk peaks when heavy rain cuts the visibility of crane, excavator, and dump-truck operators. So we build site raincoats with a large reflective portion: reflective strips on chest, back, sleeves, and if needed on the trouser legs, with a high-visibility body color such as orange or yellow.
For specific compliance, each project can have a different K3 reference. Tell us the standard in use on your project and we adjust the reflective portion, the high-visibility color, and placement. We don't guess the standard, and we're honest if a need is better met with dedicated PPE rather than a raincoat.
On material, a site is a rough environment. Materials, rebar, and scaffolding tear thin fabric easily. We recommend thick PVC or coated polyester that resists abrasion. For long projects with cross-season use, coated taslan is tougher, though the per-unit price rises. We pick to the project's duration and conditions, not the cheapest option that needs quick replacement.
Contractor Logo and Site Identity
We print the contractor logo on the chest and back. For a site with many subcontractors, a project name or work-package code can be added so it's easy to tell who belongs to which team on the ground, which helps orderly K3 supervision. We use print that bonds firmly and withstands field conditions, not the kind that peels fast under abrasion and heat.
We send a single-unit mock-up for the project lead to approve before the full batch runs, so there's no misplaced reflective or wrong color discovered only after hundreds of units are made.
Ordering and Site Delivery
We use the first consultation to understand the site conditions, the K3 standard in use, the worker count, and the deadline. From there we recommend material, reflective portion, and features. Once the mock-up and price are approved, production runs as soon as the deposit clears.
For distribution, we ship directly to the site address or project warehouse anywhere in Indonesia, packed properly. For multi-location projects, we coordinate delivery to several sites by each one's worker count, so the project logistics team doesn't have to redistribute from a single point. Wholesale pricing gets more efficient at volume, and we send the breakdown within a day of receiving complete specs.
