You reach the bazaar, doors open in ten minutes, and the stall next door is still threading pipes through their tent frame. That is where a pop-up folding tent wins. Pull the four telescopic legs until they click, fit the roof, lock it, done. One person, under a minute. This is the tent we ship most often to traders who move locations a lot, and this page is about that. For the full picture on other tent types, see custom tent printing.
Why Pop-Up for a Mobile Business
A pop-up frame is one connected unit that folds like an umbrella. There are no loose pipes to match up, no bolts to lose in transit. For a trader moving from the morning market to an afternoon event, or a brand running a roadshow from city to city, setup speed is not a luxury. A tent that takes ages to raise means losing the early minutes when foot traffic is heaviest.
We offer two frame types. Aluminum is lighter, roughly half the weight of steel, rust-free, and easy to carry alone. Good for those loading and unloading a vehicle every day. Powder-coated steel is heavier but cheaper and shrugs off knocks, a fit for a fixed spot that rarely moves. During consultation we ask about your usage pattern before recommending, because picking the wrong frame means paying for a feature you never use.
Size, Roof, and Print
The 3x3 meter size is the steady seller. It fits one long display table, chairs, and room to move. For a tight stall, 2x2 meters covers the seller and the goods. There are also 2x3 and 3x4.5 meters for those who need more area. If your location has a specific limit, we build a custom size.
The roof is oxford 600D with a waterproof PU coating. The material holds off rain, resists tearing, and keeps its color after months under the sun. We print your logo and business name on the roof and on the valance, the fabric skirt hanging at the roof edge, so your name reads from far off and up close. For a block logo of one to four colors, screen printing is the cheapest. For a photo or gradient design, we use UV digital printing, which holds finer detail and resists fading.
Sidewalls, the removable side panels, are an option. They help if you sell into the evening and want to close up, or when wind and rain come in from the side. There are also sidewalls with a clear mica window so your products stay visible from outside even with the wall up.
Start From 1 Unit
Not everyone needs ten tents at once. A trader just starting out, a single food truck, or a brand that wants a sample before a larger run can order one unit here. The per-unit price drops once you reach ten units and up, and improves further with volume, but we never force a minimum. For trader communities pooling an order together, we help arrange a batch quote.
Final pricing depends on size, frame type, roof material, and print complexity. Send your initial specs over WhatsApp and we reply with wholesale pricing within a day.
The Process, Briefly
Tell us the size, the quantity, and send your logo file or a design brief. We build a single-unit mock-up for you to approve first, then run production after the deposit. Every tent gets checked for hinge strength, roof stitching, and print sharpness before it is packed into the carry bag and shipped. If you need it fast for a grand opening or a last-minute event, say so up front so we can schedule it.
